This website, e2erisk.com, is operated by E2E Security Consulting Ltd ("E2E", "we", "us"), the company behind the E2E Risk platform. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through the e2erisk.com marketing website - for example when you book a demo, request a sandbox or contact us. Personal data processed inside the E2E Risk platform on behalf of our customers is governed by the relevant customer agreement and data processing addendum, not by this notice.
When you book a demo, request a sandbox or otherwise get in touch, we collect the details you provide - typically your name, work email address, organisation, role and any message or context you share.
Like any website, our hosting platform records basic technical information in server logs - such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested - to keep the site secure and operating correctly. This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business under appropriate contractual safeguards - principally Microsoft Azure, which hosts this website in UK data centres. We may disclose information where required by law.
Personal data collected through this website is hosted in the United Kingdom. Where any transfer outside the UK is necessary, we put appropriate safeguards in place (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent).
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected - for example, to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards - and then delete it, unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data and to request its rectification or erasure; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@e2esc.co.uk.
We use only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Questions? Email privacy@e2esc.co.uk.
